Mara Bush Camp is small & offers personalized services while providing all amenities to make you feel at home. Get spoilt after an exhilarating day out in the bush in your luxurious walk–in tent with a spacious veranda overlooking the Olare Orok & its numerous hippos.

All 12 river front tents have been placed far enough apart to guarantee complete tranquillity & privacy. The luxury tents are equipped with a comfortable 4 Poster bed (double / twin available on request) with a mosquito net, en-suite flushing toilet and sink unit in the bathroom with running water, hot bucket shower, clothes rack & storage chest, writing desk & veranda furniture,

Activities at Mara Bush Camp

Day Game Drives: If you prefer to hire a vehicle on exclusive use (without sharing with other clients & enjoying great flexibility), kindly inform the Camp Manager the previous day until noon latest (as the vehicle has to be sent from Nairobi) in order to guarantee availability. There will be additional charge for exclusive use per vehicle per day. (this applies only when you are booked on a flight / ground package)

Night Game Drives: This is NEW at Mara Bush Camp ! Have you ever wondered what the night time holds in store ? Discover night active wildlife such as the elusive leopard, the ferocious lion who hunts at night.

You may even get a chance and see the Aardvark, the striped Hyena, the Honey badger, the Spotted Eagle Owl, the white tailed Mongoose, the Genet Cat & much more…Our Camp Vehicle with fixed spot lights & an additional spotter will take you out on this adventure, starting at 9.00 pm (21.00 hrs), after dinner.(with a min. of 2 persons per booking – duration: 1,5 - 2 hrs)
