Lemarti’s camp is located on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River on Koija group ranch - nestled in an oasis, in a spectacular setting beneath a grove of palms and centenary fig trees. Majestic landscapes, proud pastoral nomads and wildlife live in harmony here.

Lemarti's Camp is Run by Samburu and Maasai tribesmen,the camp offers:- an authentic experience; talented guides specialised in local knowledge, delicious food, and the simple elegance of the camp’s aesthetics. To walk beside proud nomads in their environment is to be reminded of the harsh beauty of untamed Africa and the simplicity of life – a truly magical experience.

Accommodation/Facilities:
Lemartis' Camp has 5 comfortable & stylish safari tents with outside en-suite bathrooms that are open to the beautiful African sky with a separate tree shower & bath. Use river water, with sediment removed & heated by a log fire & brought to your tent.The tents are on platforms above the river bend & furnished with tables & cosy beds made dhow boats and decorated with an African-mother-nature inspired theme.The open-plan design allows you to relax on your bed & smell the acacia blossoms while listening to the sounds of Africa around you.

By Air: Daily scheduled flights from Nairobi’s Wilson Airport to the Loisaba airstrip. The camp is 1½hrs scenic drive from the airstrip.

Clients wanting more privacy can charter a private aircraft to Lendile airstrip – 45-minutes drive away

The most comfortable and spectacular arrival is directly into camp by helicopter.
